Excellent fitpack, small for my wife and medium for me. Very light and comfortable mask, my only complaint is the front air exhaust in the nose cushion. All it is a small hole that jets out air. The seal is good but not perfect. You’ll get air leaks from 5-15 L/M during the night depending on your air pressure. Adding the pillow cushions really cuts down on the leaks. I have used the small cushion and have had good results. The head strap seems too tight to maintain a good seal. I am experimenting with the medium cushion to determine if it fits better causes less head indention due to strap? I do especially like the excess air discharge location, it does not blow air into your face. The swivel discharge is also great ! When I was released from the hospital with a Bi-PAP machine after a pulmonary embolism, the medical supply company would only give me a full-face mask because that's what the Respiratory Therapy department ordered. It caused me to have undue stress and anxiety because I was afraid of suffocating during the middle of the night since I couldn't feel the air on my face. I have been using a CPAP machine for almost 20 years, It is definitely a love / hate relationship. I have very sensitive skin which limits most of the masks available. This mask works better than any other one I have tried. I am a side sleeper and I am impressed how this mask fits and I don't have leaks like I had with previous masks because of the magnetic halos keep the mask in place. I was concerned the adhesive would irritate my skin but I don't have any problems I don't use the full halo I fold the ends that go towards my eyes so less adhesive touches my skin and the mask stays on. Some people complain about the weight of the tubing is irritating on their nose, but I just make sure that part of the tubing is on the bed and not hanging over the edge and I have not problem. The only complaint is having to use new Halos every night, I am trying to figure out a way to use them for 2 nights to save money because it is also the most expensive mask I have used considering the price of the Halos. - By Reviewer3685351904
