I am on Oxygen all day and night. I have learned through experience that the material to make Cannula's are not the same. The stiffer plastics like vynil irritate my skin. I use soft silicone made by Salter Labs, which I have to change every 10-14 days. The problem became when Salter labs sold their business. For a time I couldn't locate a company making a similar Cannula. I finally did locate one company that apparently purchased Saltor Labs, however I needed 1' Cannula's but could only find 4' or longer. So I ended up ordering a case of the the 4". Recently I came across the website and they had 1' in stock so I bought a case immediately. They were delivered quickly and were exactly the size and material I was looking for.
