How You Earn Rewards: With CPAPXchange Loyalty Rewards you earn 1 Loyalty Reward Point for every dollar you spend on. As long as you're signed into our site when placing your order, points are earned automatically and added to your Loyalty Reward Points account. Points are earned on product totals only. Shipping, taxes and fees are excluded.

How to Redeem Your Points: Once you've earned points you redeem them for instant savings on future purchases. Redeem your points all at once or save them for a larger reward--it’s up to you. To redeem points:

  1. Log in to your CPAPXchange account
  2. Visit your Loyalty Rewards Dashboard
  3. Select the number of points you’d like to redeem
  4. Generate a Gift Card Code
  5. Enter the Gift Card Code at checkout to apply your savings (Note: Gift Card Codes can only be redeemed at checkout, they cannot be entered in your shopping cart prior to proceeding to checkout.

Track Your Rewards Anytime: You can check your Loyalty Reward Points balance at any time in your account:

  1. Log in to your CPAPXchange account
  2. Visit your Loyalty Rewards Dashboard
  3. View your current points balance and redemption options

Getting Started is Easy! Joining the CPAPXchange Loyalty Rewards Program is automatic! Just create a CPAPXchange account, or log in to your existing Shopify or CPAPXchange account, and you'll start earning points immediately on eligible purchases. Just remember to always log in before you check out to ensure points are credited to your account.

Additional Program Notes: Below are a few additional items you should know about the CPAPXchange Loyalty Rewards program.

  • Loyalty Reward Points have no cash value
  • The Loyalty Reward Points Program is meant for personal use only.
  • Points may expire; expiration details will be shown in your account
  • CPAPXchange reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program, or prohibit individual users from using the program, at any time
  • Rewards may not be combined with certain promotions unless stated
