I decided on the travel CPAP that I wanted and called CPAPXchange to order it as they had the best price and I was unsure of any insurance reimbursement...The wait to speak with a representative was short and the ordering over the phone was simple, easy and quick. The only issue I had was they did not seem to get the prescription I texted to them. But, they emailed a day later saying they still needed the presecription...I called and spoke with a representative who gave me the email address and I was able to email it to them during the call and they were able to confirm receipt. The machine was shipped the next day and arrived two days later. Good, fast shipping and the product arrived in great shape. That was just this morning so I have not yet had the chance to use it, but I'm looking forward to it. And I have to admit I am blown away by the size of the unit and it's weight...I think a feather might weigh more!
