Snugz cotton knit nose pad liners improve mask fit, as measured by the cpap machine. Snugz lifts the rubber mask cushion off your face just slightly, so you don't sweat. If you do sweat, the cotton fabric absorbs it. This means, no mask marks on your face next day. Snugz can be washed and last for weeks. - By pattyloo

I’ve been using these for a couple of years now and I love them. It’s nice to not have CPAP mask lines on my face hours after waking up. The main benefit is that all of the air goes where it’s supposed to…in my nose. No leaks. Solid connection. These are not cheap but I find that I can use the same ones 2 to 3 times before discarding. Using alcohol swabs or witch hazel to remove oils around the nose is a must. - By Reviewer1597339083

I bought this with the belief I could use it in place of the water tank. The first night I used it my “events” jumped from a <5 average to a 22.
