Purchasing of Item Process Went Fine - Customer Service Poor

I was able to find my product from the photo and place the order. Checking out was seamless with PayPal. When i earlier asked for a chat there was no response, then almost 24 hours later i received a response which seemed extremely defensive and indicated that the individual apparently hadn't read my request for a chat beyond the first line.

I am happy to have set up a subscription here for my nasal cushions, and they are the exact item I need. The price is fair and the shipping is prompt, and when I have a question for the company, I write an email to them and get a response that pretty much always answers my question at the perfect level of detail. No evasive answers of "I'll get back to you" replies. Very glad I am subscribed here and will continue to use the company as I need.

Sleep weaver CPAP mask

Purchasing the sleep weaver cloth CPAP mask was easy and painless! It only took a couple days to arrive by mail. I tried it on and it is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I’ll give it an eight-hour test this evening.

Takes too long to get a product. Very slow to receive following placing an order.

On 2/24/26 Ireceived an E mail that a Order No. CXC2026355867 was placed and sent. This was a mask Airtouch N20 that Im not using long time ago. Several months back I cancelled this mask and changwd it to AirfitP10. I did received this mask from you guys. Please let me know any inf and how to fix this mishap…!!!

Was disappointed with the shipping policy! Missed $49 by about 2 bucks ! I didn’t see the 49 delivery in the corner! I’ve been using your site for a long time! I thought shipping was free!
