Where’s the merch?!
According to the tracking info I received, it took them 5 days between printing a label and getting it out the door. Granted 2 of those days were a weekend, but that’s still 3 days of unnecessary delay. And then today I receive an invitation to give them a rating before I have even received the merch (they have the tracking info afterall; they know I don’t yet have it!). Sure seems like it’s being run as a hobby rather than a professional retail service. Price was good, but I’ll look elsewhere for future purchases. - Verified Shopper
