I bought a Transcend Micro 510 for travel through CPAPxchange. After trying it on a trip I found it had too much air resistance. I subsequently worked with my doctor and I tried many combos of settings with no luck. I tried and tried but could not get through a night with it. Unfortunately cpapexchange only had a 15 day return and now I’m stuck with it. I would’ve taken a store credit, but they just told me I am out of luck because I didn’t figure it out in 15 days. Important note.. I contacted CPAPexchange with my issue 25 days after I received the product, so it was barely outside of their 15 day window. I would still be willing to return it and take stare credit if they want to show they have good customer service. - By Greg
