I purchased the "AirMini AutoSet Travel Auto-CPAP" machine. I loved how small & light it is, but when I used it with my regular mask I use every night at home, it was way to NOISY couldn't even get through an hour with it. I called customer service to chat about it and we came up with the idea to try a different type of mask I purchased two mask w/ headgear to give them & try and see which one works. I just tried one & that did the trick, not silent but much better. So I'm happy to say I am keeping the AirMini for when I travel. I would recommend NOT using the cushions/pillows that the air flows through the part of the mask and the air runs through the entire thing with the hose hookup ontop of your head use a mask that the hose pulls into the mask itself in front of your nose. Medicare Doesn't Cover Everything

Medicare does a good job with covered DME but has limits. If you need an extra part or different non-covered component you're on your own! I discovered CPAPExchange last year for just those items.
