March 28, 2026The mask looked good on the site. But when i used it i realized the cushion is hollow,therefore it deforms easy if you put any pressure on it causing leaks. I tried using it three nights and ended up going back to my old style mask so i ended up spending the money on this one (which is more expensive than the one i normally use) and still purchasing another of the one i usually use$$$ - By Reviewer179815373

ResMed Climate line air oxy
This was exactly what I needed and wanted. I had to pay for it out of pocket because my supplier who sends me eligible supplies through my insurance company told me there was no such thing. I needed to hook up oxygen to my CPAP machine because I was just put on oxygen which I didn't have to use before. My normal supplied to to which goes to my mask do not have an oxygen port on it and they told me they did not make one like this and I knew they did and they would not listen to me. I guess I will try to contact the insurance company and see if I can get reimbursed. - Verified Shopper

The selection of equipment was good, but a clear understanding of what was needed to complete the travel package was not. I had to call and talk to someone who was very helpful to complete my order. The specific connectors, filters, and other componants to create a complete travel package was not clear from the information available on the site. As a CPAP user for over a decade, I switched from silicon to cloth masks following a severe head injury that precluded the use of traditional headgear (that for the cloth mask goes over the top center of your head vs. across the side where my injury was). Once my scalp healed (several years ago), I continued using the cloth masks due to their comfort, consistency of my readings, and ease of use for side sleepers. A few months ago, when I attempted to order replacement masks, I found that the sites from which I had ordered them in the past were no longer carrying them and it appeared that they might even have been discontinued. I was delighted to find that CPAPXchange not only had them in stock but that they were on sale! It was very easy to upload my prescription when ordering the masks, which arrived within only a few days (even sooner than the tracking indicated)! - Lynda_From_CT
