In fact, the Mirage Activa LT works best with some slack in the headgear—no more overtightening straps! That means easier fitting, improved comfort and fewer strap marks. Headgear is available in three sizes (Small, Medium, Large) and a variety of colors so that you can customize the look of your mask. Quick release clips mean once you find your optimal headgear settings you won't have to adjust them each time you put on your mask.

MICROFIT DIAL ADJUSTS FOR A CUSTOM FIT: The MicroFit dial provides 24 positions of comfort at your fingertips. Easily adjustable with just one hand (even while lying down), the dial fine-tunes the fit when you need it most.

WHISPER QUIET EXHALATION VENTS: The Mirage Activa LT features an innovative vent design that reduces noise by approximately 49% over the original Mirage Activa. Located on the elbow for easy cleaning and disassembly, the diffuse vents are designed to disperse air quietly and softly, at a short distance, away from the bed partner. The elbow partition also aids CO2 washout and further reduces noise.
