ADVANCED FLEXIFIT FOAM CUSHION & SEAL: The Forma CPAP Mask incorporates a two-part cushion assembly like those found on the popular FlexiFit 405 and Flexifit 432 masks. The auto adjusting inner FlexiFoam Cushion helps contour the mask to a wide range of faces and promotes optimal frame alignment. The outer silicone seal is frosted to provide a leak resistant surface with a soft, smooth feel against the skin.

SLIDING GLIDER STRAP WITH EASY RELEASE CORD: Forma's Sliding Glider Strap provides freedom of movement and easy pull one step removal. With the ingenious glider strap the Forma's mask frame rests evenly and securely on the face, even when the head rotates from side to side, minimizing leaks.

UNDER CHIN DESIGN WITH CROWN STRAP: The Forma Full Face's Under Chin Design with Crown Strap provides extra stability and maintains the seal, even with movement of the jaw during the night. The Crown Strap works in conjunction with the Under-Chin Design to eliminate mouth leaks and the need for a chinstrap.

MAINTENANCE-FREE ADVANCED AIR DIFFUSER: Fisher & Paykel equipped Forma with an advanced, maintenance free air diffuser that disperses airflow away from bed partners, and minimizes noise from exhaust flow.

FOUR SIZES AVAILABLE: The Forma Full Face CPAP Mask is available in four difference sizes (Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large) to fit a wide range of faces. Conveniently, Forma uses a single frame size for all cushion sizes so if you want to try a different size you can just purchase a different cushion and seal to use on your current frame.
