This adjustable headgear, from Philips Respironics, is the original headgear designed for use with all DreamWear Nasal and DreamWear Nasal Pillow CPAP/BiPAP Masks. The soft, single strap design is highly adjustable to fit a wide range of head sizes and hairstyles.

DreamWear single strap headgear is made of soft, fabric and foam that rests at the back of the head, stabilizing the mask without requiring over-tightening or excessive contact. The headgear is highly adjustable with velcro straps to fit a wide range of patients.

Usage Information: This headgear is compatible with DreamWear Nasal and DreamWear Nasal Pillow Masks. It can also be used with the DreamWear Full Face Mask IF the cushion on that mask is swapped out with a DreamWear Nasal Cushion or DreamWear Nasal Pillows. This conversion procedure can be useful for people who like to sleep with a nasal or nasal pillow mask some nights and a full face mask on other nights.

What I wanted

I lost my "extra" headgear and was changing things out. By the time I discovered it I'd tossed the old one in the garbage...which was in the big can out on the streets My husband rigged up a temporary set-up with string, but it wasn't the same. I received my new headgear quickly and it works great.

Original Dreamwear headgear

The original is so much better than the new design. The new design comes off my head during the night. I really don’t understand why it was changed and I will buy the original as long as it’s available.

Love this headgear!

For the last few years I've only been able to buy the newer version of this headgear which has plastic extenders. I LOVE this one. Much more comfortable!
