Full Face Cushion & Silicone Seal for Forma CPAP/BiPAP Masks
This pack includes the gray FlexiFoam Cushion and clear (white) Silicone Seal used on all Forma Full Face CPAP/BiPAP Masks. The Forma uses a single frame for all sizes, therefore, if you would like to change the size of your mask, you just need to purchase a different cushion and seal size. Any cushion and seal size will work on any Forma Full Face mask. For proper fit always use the same sized cushion and seal.
