The Transcend AirMist HME (Heat Moisture Exchanger) provides pass over humidification for use with your CPAP therapy. With its compact, lightweight design it is designed for Transcend Micro Series CPAP Machines; but it can also be used with most CPAP machine where heated humidification is not available. Simply attach it to your CPAP device, and you’re ready to experience the next level of comfort.

With its compact and lightweight design, the Transcend AirMist HME seamlessly integrates with almost any CPAP. It’s incredibly easy to install and fits perfectly into your existing setup, without the need for additional adapters or complicated adjustments. Simply attach it to your CPAP device, and you’re ready to experience the next level of comfort.

Transcend AirMist will connect to any standard CPAP Mask and any CPAP machine that uses standard tubing and doesn't have heated humidification capabilities. This starter kit includes one AirMist Adapter and four AirMist Cartridges.

Usage Information: To ensure optimum performance, AirMist Cartridges should be replaced every 5-7 days once opened regardless of how many nights they are used.

I tried the CPAP with him without this device… I’m not really sure it makes a difference for me.

I never had an issue with dryness.

I think they work. I did check inside one after a night of sleep was a little moist.

Good for travel and in summer

Good for travel and in summer. I use these with my Transcend for travel; but also with my home machine in summer so I don't have to Bothe with a heated humidifier.

Not a heated humidifier but not bad

I've used HME filters for a while whenever I travel. (I use a bigger CPAP at home.) They definitely help. They aren't a heated humidifier so it's not like you get as much benefit; but they definitely make the air less dry on the road.

Doesn’t work. Completely dried out my nasal passages, my sinus, and my throat

Do not recommend this product. Not clearer how this could possibly generate enough moisture to offset the drying effect of the CPAP process.

Does not really work.

It's easy to use but unfortunately it does not produce any positive results, i.e. no humidity.
