This is the Universal AC Power Supply with Cord is the external power supply used by all Z1 & Z2 Series CPAP Machines. It includes a North American (US & Canada) AC Power Cord as shown.
Usage Information: The Universal Power Supply will automatically convert voltage for you in most locations worldwide. When using your Z1 or Z2 CPAP outside of the United States you may need to attach a plug adapter to the unit to fit local wall plugs.
