This is the Plastic Filter Cover End Cap for use with all Z1 & Z2 Travel CPAP Machines.
Usage Information: The Filter End Cap must always be in place when the Z1 or Z2 CPAP is being used. If the End Cap is lost, damaged or broken it should be replaced immediately to ensure proper functioning of your sleep therapy device.
