Control III is a low-toxicity, benzyl ammonium chloride blend approved by the EPA. Control III has a mild, pleasant scent. With a ten minute contact time, Control III is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria (gram-negative and gram-positive), viruses, and fungi.
