The filter cover snaps onto the back of all S8 and S8 Series II CPAP and VPAP machines to cover the filter compartment. It will also help protect the device in the event of accidental liquid spillage. The filter and filter cover should be fitted at all times when using any ResMed S8 / S8 Series II CPAP or VPAP system.
