Respironics Millennium M10 Oxygen Concentrator delivers up to 10LPM of continuous flow oxygen, providing a great oxygen therapy solution for patients who need more than 5LPM. The Millennium M10 Oxygen Concentrator has fewer parts than most other oxygen concentrators and is built for reliability so that it is easy to use and easy to own.

10 LPM - VERY HIGH CONTINUOUS FLOW OXYGEN OUTPUT: The Millennium M10 features a twin head compressor that enables a higher airflow and greater oxygen concentration up to 10 Liters Per Minute (LPM) of medical grade oxygen. It is ideal for people with higher oxygen needs than those provided by most home oxygen concentrators.

DURABLE, SAFE & RELIABLE: Millennium M10 is designed to be largely maintenance free. The SMCT "sure cycle" valve was designed specifically for the Millennium; while protective tubing neatly guards the concentrators electronic wires helping protect against electric shock. Millennium M10 features durable construction with high grade caster wheels built to withstand rigorous usage 24-hours a day, 365-days a year.

CHOOSE AN OXYGEN PERCENTAGE INDICATOR (OPI) FOR ADDED SAFETY: Millennium M10 is available with or without an Oxygen Percentage Indicator (OPI). If you upgrade to the Millennium M10 with OPI in your shopping cart your system will ultrasonically measure oxygen output for purity and uses audio and visual indicators to alert you to the current oxygen status and any drops in overall concentration levels. The OPI will display a GREEN light during normal operation (oxygen concentration levels greater than 82%), a YELLOW light for concentrations between 70-82%, and a RED light (accompanied by an audible alarm) for oxygen concentrations less than 70%.

Color Information: Millennium M10 Concentrators were originally produced in a gray (tan) color scheme. Current models are generally produced in the updated blue color sheme as shown.

Quiet machine

This concentrator delivers up to 10 liters of oxygen quietly. I needed it at our mountain cabin, and it is working flawlessly! Highly recommend it! Shipping was free, and it arrived undamaged. It is heavy 53 pounds) as you might expect. Highly recommend this purchase from CPAPXchnge!

Good machine, great customer service

The first concentrator arrived damaged, most likely in transit. The store (CPAPX) responded to me by chat the very next day when they opened and called at the time I asked for troubleshooting (kudos!). Together with the rep we concluded that the unit's cooling fan is likely broken. They arranged a new shipment the very same day, I received it in less than a week - the new one seems to work well. I'll be sending the broken one back using the prepaid UPS label they sent me. While dealing with the broken device when badly needing oxygen was a hassle of its own, the store and their customer service really did their best in the circumstances. Thank you! For the device itself, I've rented exactly the same model for over 2 years, and when it works, it works almost like your fridge - it just works, period :) However, an advice to a future buyer: buy local if you can, even if it's more expensive. These concentrators are fragile and break often in long transit (as I learned from a rental company who ship them all the time). UPS handling doesn't make it easier (the delivery guy started to ROLL the box upstairs! Horror...). They also may break later and/or require service, which means more shipping trips and more chances to get it damaged.

Upgrade

M10 helped me get my %SpO2 back up at night. Recovering from chemo & radiation for cancer & chemo and radiation really damaged my lungs, but with the 10 lpm instead of my 5 lpm, my lungs have improved.
