This replacement Heater With with Cartridge Cover is made for use with the Transcend 365 Series miniCPAP Machines.
It is recommended that the The Heater Wick for Transcend 365 is changed monthly, however the cartridge cover only needs to be changed if it appears damaged or broken. Heater Wicks are available in a pack of 6 elsewhere on this site.
