These foam pollen filters (with integrated carrier as shown) are designed for use with all DreamStation 2 Series CPAP/BiPAP Machines. Foam pollen filters are reusable and should be cleaned on a regular basis and replaced as needed due to wear and tear.
Usage Information: The grey plastic carrier is permanently attached to the filter. It should not be detached.
